Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information UniConsult Education Services (“UniConsult”, “we”, “us”) collects through uniconsult.biz, why, and what choices you have. UniConsult is the parent organisation of OEVS, ProfilePro and Masterclass @ CERN. Our head office is in Sydney, Australia; our India offices are in Navi Mumbai and Kolhapur.
1. Information you give us
- Through the enquiry forms and chat assistant: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, city, and (for Masterclass @ CERN) the child’s grade or your school’s name, role, group size and target term.
- Anything else you choose to write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
The Masterclass @ CERN parent form is meant to be completed by a parent or guardian, not by a child.
2. Information collected automatically
- Usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and clicks on buttons, collected through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (which may record anonymised page interactions).
- Campaign and referrer information. If you arrive from an advertisement, email or link that carries campaign tags (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), or from another website, we remember those tags and the referring website for your visit and store them together with any enquiry you submit, so that we know which campaign or channel your enquiry came from.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and route it to the right team (OEVS, ProfilePro or Masterclass @ CERN).
- To send an acknowledgement email and relevant follow-up about your enquiry.
- To measure which channels and pages work, and to improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Where your enquiry is stored and who sees it
Enquiries are saved in a secure Google Sheet used by the UniConsult, OEVS, ProfilePro and Masterclass @ CERN teams, and an alert is emailed to our team. Our service providers (Google Workspace and Google Apps Script for storage and email, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and WhatsApp when you choose to message us) process information on our behalf under their own terms. Where a service provider is outside India, your information may be processed abroad.
5. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies or similar technologies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the opt-out tools provided by Google and Microsoft.
6. Third-party content
Office maps are loaded from Google Maps only when you open them. Links to OEVS, ProfilePro and WhatsApp lead to services with their own privacy policies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to follow up about your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to contact@uniconsult.biz.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
